KYLE, Douglas “Bruce” – Peacefully at Park Lane Terrace on September 4th, 2016, Bruce was released from his earthly confines to join his loving Saviour. He was in his 79th year. Beloved husband of 55 years to Carol. Loving father to Debbie, David, and Darrin (Lisa). Cherished grandfather of Melissa, Jessica, Matthew and Adam. Dear brother-in-law of Ken (Kim) Johnston and loving uncle to their children Tom and Rachel. Bruce is also survived by his aunt, Norma Dyson of Littleton, Colorado. A devoted Christian, Bruce was a faithful member of Queensway Baptist Church. He was also a Cub and Scout leader at First Baptist Church throughout the 1970’s. He will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humour and his willingness to help those in need. The family wishes to thank Dr. Manning and the staff at Park Lane Terrace for their ongoing care and support. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Alzheimer Society, The Parkinsons Society of Canada and Queensway Baptist Church. Friends will be received on Saturday, September 10th at Queensway Baptist Church, 211 St. George Street.
