Joseph Beauparlant
Beauparlant, Jack(Joseph Jacques Gaetan), 79, of Hamilton, passed away in his sleep on Sunday, November 7 at St. Joseph’s Heathcare.
Cremation is taking place with the assistance of Tranquility Burial & Cremation Services Brantford. Interment and Celebration of Life to be held
at a future time and place.
Jack was born in Verner, ON to Elie and Maria (Lalonde) on February 1, 1942. He met and married Linda (Hebb) in Thompson, MB but they were divorced after many adventures, twenty years andfive children later. Later in life, he met Violet (McBride) and together had his youngest son.
Like many people, he tried different careers before trying drywall. Jack worked for almost 40 years as a drywall installer. In the early years, work in the construction industry meant going where the jobs were. This resulted in much moving around throughout Southern and Western Ontario. In the mid-1980s he went to Hamilton where he remained.
Jack loved sports with his favourite teams being the Blue Jays and Maple Leafs. He would sit for hours outside when the weather allowed listening to the games and enjoying a beverage.
Jack enjoyed time with his family whenever he could and had the time to do it more and more in the last several years.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Leonard and sister Claudette as well as Violet McBride.
Jack is survived and will be greatly missed by his children: Monique (Larry), Jackie (Joe), Wendy, Annette (Carlos), Denis (Trish), Lance (Brenna); brothers Fernand, Gilles (Georgette), John (Pam) and sister Monique along with his many nieces and nephews.
Jack is also survived by his grandchildren Misty, Kayleigh, Daniel(Holly), Jessica, Natasha, Jackie-Lee, Dylan, Robyn(Katie),Cody, Sheldon (Bailey), Luc, Cadence, Nikki, Hannah, Bryce; and great-grandchildren: Mason, Ava, Colton, Hailey, Kalvin, Korbin, Harmony , Christian, Kai and Reign.
Our father made many friends across the country through the years. The family hopes that when you think of him, you remember only good times and that these memories bring a smile to your heart.
Memorials may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
