Peacefully on December 8, 2018 with family by his side, following a medical emergency.
Jason is survived by his mother and stepfather Heather and Ed Collins; his sisters Christina Selluski (Andrew), Michelle Green (David) and Aimee Green; as well as by his grandmother Barbara Swinton. Jason will be lovingly remembered by two very special girls, Maddie and Holly, along with their mother Jessie Stewart with whom he shared eight years of his life. Uncle Jason will also be missed by his nieces and nephews Elizabeth, Jacob, Julia, Ashley, Gavin, Emily and Adria; as well as by his cousins, aunts and uncles.
Condolences may be shared with the family directly. Cremation has taken place and a private gathering will be held to celebrate Jason’s life, details of which will be shared later.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Brant County SPCA would be an appropriate gift to honour and remember Jason.

Our sincerest sympathies to Jay’s family. Jay was a groomsmen in our wedding in 2011 and an integral member of our circle. We will cherish the memories we have of such a charismatic, fun loving guy. May his positive energy live on in all of us ❤️
