Edna Eileen Jacobs (nee Jeffery)Born in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe on January 26, 1934, Edna passed away peacefully at St. Peters Residence at Chedoke, Hamilton, surrounded by family on December 2, 2022.Edna will be missed by daughter Priscilla Suggitt (Ken), grandsons Steven (Megan), and Kevin, daughter Bernice Kerr (John predeceased), granddaughters Selena (Tim) and Whitney (Michael), sister Fiona Ashby, grandchildren Sarah (Cory) and Paul (Beth), surviving sisters Erna, Gladys and their families. She was predeceased by her brother Robert Jeffery and sister Lorna Allen. Edna was incredibly proud to be GiGi to all of her great grandchildren.The family is grateful to the caring staff at St Peters at Chedoke,for their loving, dedicated care of Edna.May “flights of angels sing thee to thy rest” dearest Mum, Sister, Gran, GiGi.
