Heather Mary Antonissen (Foster)

Peacefully with the love of her Daughter Cindy by her side, passed away at the Brantford General Hospital on Sunday, March 31st in her 89th year. Predeceased by her loving husband Frank (2003) and son Jon (1982) Loving Mother Of Cindy Manno (Duane Lepka), and Grandson’s Jonathan Manno (Shannon), Jordan Manno (Tara) and Dylan Manno. Heather was affectionately known as Mrs. “A” at Kmart in the Lynden Lark Mall where she was personnel manager from 1974 until 1989. She enjoyed camping in Brant Park, reading many a great novel and the love of her three grandsons.
Special Thanks to G.P. Dr. David Vincent for 20 plus years of excellent care, nurse Hazel, PSW’s from Participation house and VON, The Red Cross, friends in her apartment Marnie and superintendents Rose and Richard, caring friends Loretta and Jeff and Brenda who all assisted mom in living independently on her own terms until 3 weeks ago. As per Heathers wishes cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
