Gutoskie, Andrea

December 9, 1984 – November 29, 2024

It’s with heavy hearts that we share that Andrea Nicole Gutoskie has been called home by our heavenly Father on Friday, November 29th, 2024, surrounded by family.

She fought the bravest fight, but her body could not completely heal. We are heartbroken. To know Andrea, was to know her laughs and mischief. She loved animals and children. In that, she followed her passion to pursue a successful career to help youths and many others in their times of need. Andrea was a program supervisor at Indwell Community Homes.

She leaves to mourn her mother Wendy Mckellar, her father Earl Gutoskie (Cathy); her grandmother Shirley, her brother Brent Gutoskie (Jenn); an aunt and Godmother to Mason and Kendra. Her aunts and uncles Jack (Sheila), Dean (Debby), Terry (Karen), and Byron (Sally).

Predeceased by Grandfather Murray Mckellar and Raymond Gutoskie, aunts Joyce Gutoskie and Carol Audrey Ventry.

Ride free with your girl Pocahontas.

Celebration of life to be held at a later date.

As one of Andrea’s peers for the last year and half I’m truly heartbroken. Andrea was so genuine and gentle. She wanted nothing but to help people. Help those she worked with and for and supported so much of her peers learning. She was incredibly educated and seen people for who they are and their strengths and desires. She will be incredibly missed. My deepest condolences to her friends and family. Fly high 🕊️ you’ve left your mark and will never be forgotten. I’m truly honoured to have known such a beautiful soul.
