Passed away peacefully at the age of 89 on March 14, 2011 at the Lennox & Addington County General Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Lisle Goddard. Loving mother to Bruce (Gillian), David (Carolyn) and Larry (Sharon).
Predeceased by Charles (Donna), Peter (Et Bonato) and Michael. Devoted grandmother to Ann (Phil Marsh), Jason (Sunny), Tara (John Van Harn), Adam (Caryn), Mark, Brandon (Lesley), Elise (Naim Shah), Morgan, Michael, Taylor and Lauren and great-grandmother to Braeden, William, Tayten, Julianna, Jenipher-Ann, Sebastian and Mackenzie. Will be missed by sisters Doreen (Mike Hunte) and Jeanette (Jack Hoad), also numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at the Highland Funeral Home ‘Scarborough Chapel’, 3280 Sheppard Avenue East (just west of Warden), 416-773-0933, on Sunday, March 20, 2011 from 5-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 21, 2011 at the Church of the Ascension, 33 Overland Drive, Don Mills, at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Highland Memory Gardens. Donations to the Church of the Ascension would be appreciated by the family.
