It is with great sadness that the family of Rob Fazekas announces his passing on June 28, 2024, after a battle with COPD. Rob passed peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital surrounded by his family.
Rob was a kind, intelligent, easy to talk to soul, who loved to help in any way he could. He was an internet guru…..you named it, he would find it for you. He was also a walking Wikipedia and a die-hard fan re: the Toronto Maple Leafs. Rob loved animals and was a collector of tropical fish.
He is survived by his children Brittany, Tyler and Jennifer Fazekas and their mother Sherri Leween, and his daughter Susie Morash. He is also survived by five grandchildren and his siblings, Gary (Jane), Paul (Melanie), John (Peg), Vic, Joe (Sue), Sue (Jeff) and Dave, and sistser-in-law Allison as well as many nieces and nephews and several cousins.
Rob was predeceased by his parents, James and Dorothy (Fullard) Fazekas, and his brothers Brian and Mike and sister-in-law Marianne.
As per Rob’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private graveside burial will take place at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Tranquility Burial & Cremation Services. If so desired, donations to The Canadian Lung Association or the Brantford SPCA would be greatly appreciated.

Rob I will miss all of our conversations…. growing up as your neighbour and being friends with your family is a memory I will always cherish… To your family I will be thinking of you all and keeping you in my thoughts!
