Diana De Oliveira Nunes

It is with great sadness that the family of Diana De Oliveira Nunes announces her passing on May 3, 2025, at the age of 46, following a brief illness.

Born on September 15, 1978, in Toronto, Ontario, Diana was the eldest daughter of Maria Manuela and Antonio Nunes. She was a devoted sister to Elizabeth, Nancy, Sarah, Melissa, and Jessica, and a cherished daughter, family member, and friend.

Diana had a diverse and dynamic career, working in roles ranging from personal support work to entrepreneurship. In recent years, she co-founded O-Tune Radio, an international internet radio station, with her business partner and close friend, Nicolette Williams. The station is dedicated to uplifting and uniting listeners through music and community engagement. Diana’s involvement in O-Tune Radio reflected her passion for music, technology, and connecting with others.

She was most recently employed at Old Dutch, where she found fulfillment and support during her illness.

Creative and adventurous, Diana had a lifelong passion for the arts, music, and cars. She was known for her spirited personality, generosity, and her ability to bring people together.

She is survived by her parents, sisters, and extended family. Diana will be remembered with love and deeply missed by all who knew her.

A memorial service will be held on May 15, 2025, at St. John’s Dixie Cemetery and Crematorium, 737 Dundas Street East, Mississauga, Ontario. Viewing will take place from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., with the service to follow from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Reception to follow.
