It is with sincere sadness our family announces the passing of Ida Jean in her 86th year at Streetsville Community Care in Mississauga, ON. Born in Tehkummah Township on Manitoulin Island, Ontario, she married Robert (Bob) Cunning (predeceased 1986), later residing in Burwash, Elliot Lake, Levack and Sudbury, Ontario. Loving mother of Ann Marie Beaudry (husband David Beaudry, predeceased 2019) and Robert Jr. (wife Valerie). Dear grandmother of Jeanna, Katie, Russell, Bobby and Brett. Sister of late Orion, Reg, Grant and Dwight, and the dear only daughter of Clare and Jean Aelick. Ida Jean will be remembered for her kindness and beautiful energy. She will be greatly missed. Memorial donations would be appreciated in Ida Jean’s name to the Alzheimer Society of Canada. Please take Covid-19 seriously, protect yourself and those you love.
