Nelio Corradini 93, died peacefully at his home in Alliston, ON. on Sunday August 14 th .
Cherished father of Adele (Paul), Michael (Sandra), Rick, and Fred (Lisa). Dear
grandfather of Matthew, Christina (Justin), Julianna, Christopher, Danielle (Kris), Scott,
Anthony, Sabrina, Jack and Sophie. Nelio was predeceased by his wife Elsie (Cognigni)
July 3, 2017 after 65 years of marriage. Dad enjoyed good health which recently
enabled him to travel from coast to coast. He had visited his son and family in Wolfville
NS, danced with his granddaughter at her wedding in Banff and experienced the
midnight sun in Whitehorse, YT this year. Nelio will be sadly missed by his family and
many friends.
Visitation will take place on Sunday, August 21 from 3-4 pm at St. John’s Dixie
Cemetery & Crematorium, 737 Dundas St. E. Mississauga. ON. L4Y 2B5. Funeral
service will be held in the chapel at 4 pm. with reception to follow. The visitation and
service will be livestreamed at https://stjohnsdixie.com/cemetery/upcoming-services/
Internment on Monday August 22. In lieu of flowers, a tribute gift to the Victorian Order
of Nurses https://von.ca/en/donation-form would be welcomed as Nelio appreciated
and participated in the VON Beeton Manor day program for several years. Please
