John Caton
1954 – 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of John Caton on July 24, 2025, at the age of 70.
Affectionately known as “John Boy” by his beloved wife Darlene, John was a man who cherished time with family, good friends, and the great outdoors. He was a proud father to Michelle (Brandon) Bradley, John Jr. (Paula) Caton, and Joey (Lisa) Caton. He was deeply loved by his grandchildren Tiffany, A.J., William, Christian, Tasha, and Johnathan, and his great-grandchildren Emma, Sophie, and Leo. He is also survived by his sister Marie, and his two faithful Yorkies, Peanut and Felix.
John was a retired truck driver who spent many happy years traveling the roads. In retirement, he and Darlene spent 5–6 months each year up north, where he found joy in nature, campfires, and sharing drinks and laughs with buddies and lifelong friends. There are simply too many to name, but each one was important to him.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to everyone who helped care for John during his final days. Your kindness and support will never be forgotten.
He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
In keeping with John’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Tranquility Burial & Cremation Services (Niagara) Inc. Condolences can be shared at localhost:10299/.
