CARTER, Alice “Myrtle” (née Thompson)

1928-2025

After a long and happy life, Myrtle Carter passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 8, 2025, at the age of 97.

Devoted and loving mother to Gary (Bonnie) and Brenda McArthur. Cherished grandmother of 4, great-grandmother of 8, and great-great-grandmother of 1. Predeceased by her husband Frank (2005).

In keeping with Alice’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Service will be held at St. John’s Anglican Church, 2878 St. John’s Drive, Jordan, ON, Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow.
