Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Sunday, July 30, 2017 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of 34 years to Shirley. Loving Father and Stepfather to Janet (Brian0, Michael, Scott (Gail) and Kent. Proud grandfather of Asher. Tom was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Margaret and brother George. His is survived by his sisters Irene McCullough (Jim) and Anne Bailey (late Jackie) and their families in Belfast, N. Ireland.
Tom was a long time employee of Trailmobile and actively involved in the CAW. Among his activities, he enjoyed golf and ice dancing. The family would like to thank Dr. Jeff Manning for his many years of caring for Tom. We would also like to that the Doctors, Nurses and Personal Support Workers on the 8th floor of the Brantford General Hospital. Cremation has taken place. According to Tom’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private family gathering will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Tom’s memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
