It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Rodney Bingham, a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, on March 10, 2026.
Rodney will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Rebecca, of 35 years and his family, including his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought him great joy and pride throughout his life. Known for his kindness, strength and generosity of spirit, he shared love and warmth with all who knew him.
Rodney had a passion for fishing, enjoyed collecting antiques, cherished old cars and spent many happy hours on woodworking projects. His presence, wisdom and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though we will miss him deeply, we find peace in remembering the joy and love he shared with all of us.
A Celebration of Life will be held on April 11, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Townsend Community Church at 88 Nanticoke Creek Pkwy in Townsend.
