George William Anderson
July 2, 1942 ~ November 15, 2023
George passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Wednesday, November 15th, 2023 at the age of 81.
Loving husband of Betty Ann Anderson. Much loved father of Teresa “Teri” and Doug Wright, Laurie and Sandy Bascom and Kimberly Anderson (Kelly Inkster), all of Alberta. Step-father of Rita and Rob Patterson and Tanya and Darryl Gower. Proud grandfather of Michael, Shyanne, Chelsi, Johanna, Matt and Kris, all of Alberta and Neasha and Eden of Ontario.
Dear great-grandfather of Graycee, Jaylee of Alberta and James and Emmett of Ontario.
George will also be missed by his siblings Rose and Rodger Marcy and Jim Anderson, all of Alberta.
He was predeceased by his brother Ernest Anderson as well as his grandson Devon.
George was a long time truck driver. He spent his time enjoying Nascar races and Hockey games. He was also an animal lover and he will be missed by his furry companion, his dog, Corkie.
At George’s request, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.

We miss and love you sad to have seen you leave us so soon but I’ll always remember all the good times we spent together. Glad your no longer in pain anymore and your up in heaven with Ernie grandma and grandpa

Dad you are no longer in pain and suffering anymore may you rest in peace. I love you and miss you so much. I just want one more call and one more laugh. I hope you have found your way to Uncle Ernie Grandma your mom Grandpa your dad and your grandson Devon. Give them all a hug for me. Put that truck in gear and take one last drive across Canada.
