Wayne Richard Allen was born on Tuesday, March 9th 1948, in Ottawa, Ontario, the eldest of seven children. He spent his youth in Vancouver, B.C. before making Preston, Ontario his home for over 54 years with his wife, Linda and later his daughter, Danica. Wayne’s smile and calm nature put everyone that he came in contact with at ease. He was the type of person who could never go without saving a spider, worm or toad from danger. Wayne found joy in simple pleasures, especially reading. Wayne loved to read and was quick to share what he learned with others, particularly when it came to the hope that the bible promises for the future. He was patient and had a willing spirit. He was kind, curious, always eager to help, and an exceptionally hard worker. Wayne will be missed greatly by his friends, family, congregation, Krown customers, and community.
Please join us in remembering Wayne on Monday, June 19th 2023 at 7:00 pm at Tapestry Hall in Galt. The address is 74 Grand Avenue South, Cambridge, Ontario.
