Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital in her 95th year. Survived by her loving children Lynda McKinnon, Sandra (Jerry) Wallage, Janice (Rick) Segee, Stephen Bellamy, Debra (Blaine) McKibbin, Suzanne (Shelby) Day. Dearly remembered by her 21 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Alfred (1993), daughter Maureen Harriman (2014) and grand daughter Colleen Curtis (2015). Maisie was a longtime member of the Calbeck’s Knitting Club. Cremation has taken place, a graveside service will be held on Saturday April 22, 2017 at Farringdon Cemetery, 287 Mount Pleasant Rd. Brantford at 11 am. If desired memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Condolences may be viewed and left at www.tranquilitycremation.

I can’t tell you how pleased we are that we made the trip (from England) to meet up with Maisie and part of her wonderful family. We didn’t realise what a HUGE family you are. This beautiful photo captures the beauty and fun filled nature that she has. Such a loving person who will be greatly missed by all who knew her, especially her family.

I just want you to know that I am really sorry to hear about your Mom. A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they’re still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on. Aunt Maisie was a wonderful woman and was cherished by everyone who knew her. May she rest in peace.

I knew Maisie from a financial inst. I worked at. Maisie was one of my favorite customers. Always enjoyed talking and laughing with her. One sweet lady. I am so sorry for the loss of Maisie. Let all your good and fond memories get you through this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time.
