Eva Kaufman Obituary Announcement:
Eva Joan Kaufman, passed away suddenly at the age of 64, on February 11th, 2026, in Kitchener where she lived. Born on May 11th, 1961, in Montreal, Quebec, Eva had an unshakable spirit, a generous caring nature, and a great sense of humour. She is predeceased by her parents, Susan and George Dioszegi. Eva was the “Mother” to many rescued dogs, including Buster, Rocky, CC, Daiquiri, Sadie and Murphy, who passed away only 5 months ago at the age of 16, thanks to the amazing care and love Eva gave him. She was Aunt Eva to Michael and Jessica, sister-in-law to Helder, and the most loving sister you could ever ask for, to Ann Botelho (Dioszegi). She will always be remembered for many things, like her warm smile, her quick wit, her generous heart, and her unwavering loyalty to family and friends. I will always admire and cherish how Eva was such a great listener, and made everyone feel important and loved. A celebration of her life will be held in the coming weeks, and will be announced very shortly. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.

Aunt Eva was always a joy to be around. She was silly, kind, and always brought a smile to my face. I always enjoyed visiting her and playing with her dogs, especially Murphy. I feel very lucky to have had such a loving and funny Aunt and I will miss her a lot.
