Barbara Malcolmson
(Sept 17, 1931 – April 20, 2024)
It is with great sadness that the Malcolmson family announce the passing Barbara Malcolmson aged 92 on April 20, 2024.
Beloved wife of the late Donald Malcolmson Sr. for 66 years. Loving mother of: Sandy, Sue, Doug, Fred, Don and Margie. Barbara will be missed by family, friends, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
As a second generation pharmacist, she enjoyed working part time at multiple pharmacies. Her other earlier interests were skiing, golfing, waterskiing, and travelling. Her later interests were playing bridge, theatre, clog dancing and going to nursing homes and hospitals dressed up as a clown.
Mom taught us all to volunteer and to help others, as she did herself.
Like our dad, she was always busy and never sat down. On her 92 birthday she was still mobile and on her feet. We love you mom for all you have done for us and others. Such a great role model for your family and grand children. P.S. There is golfing in heaven!
