Um…in no particular order: Dear Mary, Nick, Sam, and family: I only just heard about your lovely mother’s passing. I always thought she was beautiful inside and out…stunning in a Zsa Zsa Gaboresque way, always quick to offer a cookie or to pray a rosary for me in her unwavering belief that food and faith could fix anything. She was one of the better people to walk this earth, and I am so very sorry that I found out too late to have attended her funeral. My condolences. Love (Mario’s daughter) Tera
