With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Thanh Thang Nguyen. He passed away peacefully at Trillium Hospital on Saturday, December 23rd, 2023.
He was a loving husband to his late wife Gun Thi Le (1993), an incredible father to seven of his children, Long, Danh, Phuong, Loan, Tuyen, Thuy, and Nguyet and a joyful grandfather to twelve incredible grandchildren. Thanh will be remembered for his dedication to caring for his family, ensuring we were always together and enjoying ourselves to the fullest. He had a passion for watching tennis and soccer; staying up past midnight, he would be cheering on his favourite team/member until the break of dawn.
The family would like to extend our heartfelt thank you to all who helped care for Thanh during his time at Trillium and RCC. The Doctors, RNs, PSWs, EAs, PT, OT and volunteers. But most importantly Dr. Steve Singh gave Thanh a second chance at life.
Thanh Thang Nguyen’s legacy will continue through the lives of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished within our hearts.
