Mike Gural passed away suddenly on Saturday, April 23,2016 at the Trillium Hospital in Mississauga at the age 72, with his family at his side. Beloved husband for 46 years of Olena (Halyna) Gural, loving father of son Bohdan, daughter Anna, granddaughters Victoria, Martha and daughter-law Zoriana.
Mike was born and raised in Ukraine, along with him, his late Mother Anna. His two siblings passed away during second war and his late father John went to second war when Mike was 6 months old. They met each other for first time when Mike was 45 years old here in Oakville. In Ukraine Mike worked at the Chemical Factory as a mechanical supervisor. The employees respected him, he was very friendly and passible. In Oakville he worked in Agram Garden Centre, and took care after his late father John. Family will miss greatly him. He was good husband and loving father and grandfather.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Halton Paramedical Service, Oakville Emergency Hospital and Trillium cardiology staff for trying to help him. Thank you all of you.
Visitation and Funeral Mass
The visitation late Mike Gural will be on Wednesday April 27, 2016 at 7.00 p.m. and Funeral mass –Thursday, April 28 at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Ukrainian Catholic Church on 300 River Oaks Blvd, East Oakville, Ontario. followed by a burial at St. Volodymyr Ukraine Cemetery.
Memorial.
If desired, donations can be made to St. Joseph’s Ukrainian Catholic Church.
Reception will be held in the hall at the church immediately after the Funeral service at St. Volodymyr Ukraine Cemetery.
